A dedicated server runs on top of our clustered server platform. We can offer much higher availability using a Dedicated Server, because your machine is essentially immune to any form of hardware failure. They are identical in all material respects to using physical hardware, including in terms of performance.’
What's the uptime guarantee?
At Ipera we stand behind our Dedicated Server Platform. If your system is not available 99.99% of the time in any individual month, we will refund you up to 50% of your subscription fee.
How is my data backed up?
Your dedicated server is backed up to a remote site on a nightly basis so if you make some changes, and for some reason want to roll them back, we can usually restore your system from scratch in under an hour.
