We can deliver our Business Internet service nationally over a range of connection mediums including ADSL, SHDSL and Ethernet. The service we provide is designed for critical business applications, and we back it up with guaranteed availability under strict Service Level Agreements .

We can provide services over a range of speeds from 512kbps right up to 10Mbps SHDSL. Our connections are Internet for delivering services like VOIP, remote site backup, VPN access, web hosting, database hosting and much more.

At Ipera, we give our customers peace of mind through a server uptime, connectivity and bandwidth guarantee. Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) means that if we don't deliver what we promise, we don't expect you to pay for it.

All Ipera Business Internet plans have free corporate-grade support from our dedicated team of Network and System engineers. We also provide a support site where you can help yourself, and a Helpdesk system where you can submit support requests to be actioned by one of our engineers.
