Ipera's web hosting plans all include Parallels Plesk Control Panel, which allows end-users to take control of web site maintenance and administration. Very little technical expertise is required and all web hosting options can be configured using Plesk's easy-to-use graphical interface. Our 'Premier' and 'Enterprise' plans include a library of applications covering the most popular content management systems, blogs, shopping carts and forums.

Our 'Starter' web hosting plan includes 5 free mailboxes that you can use to send and receive e-mail from your domain. We provide POP3 and IMAP access, as well as a Webmail interface for when your users are out of the office. Mailbox options can be graphically configured with Plesk and easily maintained by end users.

The Ipera network has been designed from the ground up to be fault tolerant, intelligent, and self-healing. All Ipera sites have redundant links to other carriers and are equipped with UPS and diesel generators. We back our web hosting products with a Service Level Agreement that includes an availability target of 99.9% and a scale of rebates, meaning that if we don't deliver on our promises, we don't expect you to pay full-price for your service.

Our 'Premier' web hosting plans include a number of pre-built applications that allow you to have your on-line store up-and-running with minimal configuration. We provide applications for on-line stores, shopping carts, payment gateways and much more.

Ipera provide a support site that contains step-by-step guides to managing your hosting subscription and maintaining your site. If you can't find the answers you need on the support site, we also provide a helpdesk system where you can create a support ticket that will be actioned by one of our skilled support technicians. Ipera provide free open-source virus and spam protection using Apache SpamAssassin and ClamAV. We also offer a commercial solution on some of our plans, using Sophos PureMessage, that can be added to your account for a small additional charge.
