The Microsoft End User Licence Agreement prohibits rental or leasing including commercial hosting under the OEM or Open Licence. The only valid licence in this cituation is Microsoft SPLA. This isn't an issue if you're hosting your own site, only hosting you resell.
You order your licences from Ipera and we will invoice you for your usage monthly based on your usage in the previous month.
Generally the answer is no except in the case of web hosters requiring licences to provide hosting services to their own customers. Microsoft SPLA products are supplied packaged with our hosting services, however we may be able to deliver similar functionality via a terminal services or Citrix solution.
